Starting Rate: $11.00 an hour + tips

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Maintain supplies needed for the bar and drink areas
2. Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc) at bars
3. Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars
4. Fill ice bins
5. Stock bars with alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages (soda, juices, carbon dioxide).
6. Maintain cleanliness of beer coolers and bars
7. Sweep, mop and take out trash
8. Operate POS system, mix and serve drinks and/or food, and receive gratuities when needed.
9. Any other duties as assigned

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE: Great customer service skills

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day. Have good dexterity in fingers, to be able to hold and manipulate product or machinery. Able to work in hot and cold temperature extremes. Be able to lift up to 75lbs and push or pull a flatbed cart weighing up to 300lbs.. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English

WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright/flashing lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
