Full Time and Part Time

Sign On Bonus Available:

• Full Time: $5000     

• Part time:  $2500

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at the Beaver Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Aliquippa, PA. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Monitor patient progress, identify potential issues, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

• Participate in the coordination of patient transfers, discharges, and admissions

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and outcomes

• Promote a safe and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• Experience or recent graduate of an accredited LPN program

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
