Job Purpose The Legal Support Specialist supports the in‑house legal team by assisting with legal documentation, company and regulatory processes, and day‑to‑day administrative coordination to ensure efficient legal operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with intake of legal requests by routing inquiries to appropriate team members, tracking progress, and providing stakeholders with approved legal templates for business engagements. Maintain intellectual property (IP) records and assist with administrative tasks such as inventor assignments, declarations, and related documentation. Support execution of contracts and legal documents by routing for signature, tracking status, and maintaining organized records. Support compliance initiatives by coordinating site visitor access and assisting with required screening and documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Assist in reviewing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to confirm alignment with company requirements and Escalate discrepancies as needed. Perform general administrative duties in support of the legal team. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, legal support, or coordinator role. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, professional certificate, or relevant continuing education. Experience with document management systems, e‑signature platforms, or contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools. Compensation and Benefits VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. VulcanForms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match.
