Job Requirements Hiring: Technical Program Manager – PGMP/PMP CertifiedWe are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to provide end-to-end technology oversight and delivery for large-scale Fraud technology programs and initiatives.Location: Irving, TX or Tampa, FLExperience: 8+ years of Project/Program Management experienceCertification:PGMP requiredKey Requirements8+ years of project/program management experience within an application support or technology environmentProven experience managing large-scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodologiesStrong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar toolsStrong technical understanding of Microservices, APIs, REST/SOAP, On-Prem and Cloud environmentsExperience defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationStrong requirement gathering and delivery management experience across multiple large development initiativesExcellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence technical and business decisions while balancing stakeholder needs and program objectivesExperience partnering with engineering, technology teams, service providers, and vendorsAbility to leverage AI tools for day-to-day program management activitiesPMP, CSM, ACP certifications are a plusFraud Delivery Lead ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end technology oversight and delivery for Fraud projects and initiativesLead planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Fraud book of workIdentify, assess, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issuesEstablish and monitor success metricsPartner with stakeholders and engineering teams to make informed business and technical trade-off decisionsCoordinate across multiple technology teams to ensure seamless integration and deliveryAnalyze existing system logic, identify gaps/issues, and drive appropriate technology enhancements and solutionsWork Experience 1530yearsJob SummaryJob number: P- Profession: OtherExperience: 1530years
