Senior Analytics Engineer

Seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to join the remote data team in a full-time capacity, this role will manage end-to-end analytics processes, partner with stakeholders to define metrics, and advance AI-assisted analytics workflows. Key responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope analyses, define metrics, and translate ambiguous requests into actionable insights Own the design, build, and maintenance of dashboards, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and drive decision-making Contribute to data modeling and engineering efforts, ensuring data quality and collaborating with engineering teams on analytics requirements Required qualifications 4-6 years of professional analytics experience with a track record of managing analyses and dashboards from inception to delivery Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data warehousing environments such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Hex, Looker, Tableau) and a genuine business-intelligence mindset Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and the ability to reason about data structures Experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows and a willingness to learn new technologies, including dbt and version control systems
