Professional development is part of your workweek—not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU requirements: 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month) Core-4 Series to align clinical decision‑making and PATTOTL principles In‑house Orthopedic Residency , Dry Needling (Level I & II) , and COMT pathways Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more) $15,000+ in your professional development in your first 18–24 months!
