User Experience Designer Responsibilities
Design and Develop User Interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide the development process.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and modern designs using front-end frameworks.
Enhance User Experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
- Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, and seamless interactions.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
Stay Ahead of UX Trends
- Research and adopt the latest UX design tools, trends, and methodologies.
- Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping.
- Experience in React.js and Google Analytics highly preferred.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
