divh2Job Title/h2pProvide superior field support on Renewal by Andersen products by performing services AND doing technical measures prior to installation (whichever is needed)/ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliService and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products./liliAnalyze and resolve complex/escalated customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation in a cost efficient and effective manner./liliKeep team member informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues./liliFollows established Renewal processes, making recommendations for process improvement; keeps current on RbA product and installation process changes; recommends, and may write, technical tips for Renewal installation or service; helps maintain an updated service procedure manual/liliKeep service area neat and organized, inventory service stock area of warehouse; request material replenishment as needed; provide detailed information to Service CSRs./liliAccurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors. Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion/liliProvide installation solutions that match customer expectations of cost effective, installed window and door replacements; adapts product specifications to the installation requirements, utilizing a thorough knowledge of all Renewal products/liliConfirms details within the quoted sales contract to assure customer expectations are in alignment with product and installation process/liliAdvanced knowledge of RbA window and door installation techniques and ability to correct installation errors./liliCompletes and submits required paperwork that is neat, accurate, thorough, and completed in a timely manner; portrays a professional image with clothing, vehicle, and personal actions within the home; provides a high level of customer satisfaction/li/ulh3Qualification and Skill Requirements:/h3ulliHigh School degree and valid drivers license with clean driving record/liliRenewal installation experience/liliMeets the skills and competency requirements needed for Service Technician I/liliAbility to service and repair previously installed windows doors. Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, door components, window coverings, and hardware/liliDemonstrated analytical problem solving and decision-making skills; follow systematic approach in situational analysis and definition; arrive at acceptable solutions/liliAbility to train others on technical application and product requirements/li/ulh3Compensation:/h3pPay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
