Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do:Leading teams to investigate the root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actions.Must have demonstrated effective root cause determination skills, Red-X, Fault Tree, etc.Must have ability to obtain, organize and analyze quality data.Perform product, process and work instruction audits.Interface with various Engineering groups and Customer Support to resolve technical/quality issues related to engine manual repairs and other approved technical data.Lead and participate in various teams in support of the unit’s CORE / six sigma goals.Review and implement various regulatory requirement changes.Provide technical guidance and training to OEM Parts Inspectors.Assist with Escape investigations within Business Units.Actively participate on plantwide team.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.Qualifications We Prefer:An understanding of P&W Quality Procedures, Quality Management Systems, AS9100 Requirements.Excellent knowledge of MS office computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
