Now Hiring: Onsite Staffing Coordinator Staffing Alternatives is seeking a motivated and dependable Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support our client's warehouse operations and oversee our temporary workforce. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with both employees and clients. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a strong sense of urgency, and demonstrate exceptional reliability and professionalism. In this role, you will communicate regularly with client representatives and associates to coordinate schedules, manage attendance, provide coaching and counseling, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
