As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, helping to deter security‑related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required. Assist visitors and tenants with inquiries and directions in a professional manner. Document and report security‑related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activities according to company and client procedures. Support emergency response activities as appropriate for the location. Collaborate with building management and Allied Universal team members to address security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
