Quality Control Coordinator

Polk Mechanical is seeking a Construction Coordinator (QA/QC) to provide administrative and project support to the Project Manager, helping ensure construction projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. This role manages documentation, communication, coordination, and reporting while supporting day-to-day project operations. Provide direct administrative support to the Project Manager Maintain and organize project files, records, and documentation Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence Serve as a communication point with contractors, vendors, and suppliers Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and supply orders Coordinate meetings, travel, and site visits Support project reporting and data collection Assist in resolving administrative and project-related issues High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years in administrative, coordination, or project support roles Construction industry experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Problem-solving and critical thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Polk Mechanical Company
