We are growing and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who is ready to become the communication hub of our company.

This is not an entry-level receptionist position.

What You'll Do

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll help keep our entire operation running smoothly by supporting homeowners, sales representatives, management, and production.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls professionally and promptly
• Scheduling appointments, inspections, and project meetings
• Following up with homeowners throughout the sales and production process
• Coordinating communication between customers, sales, and production
• Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system
• Assisting with contracts, financing paperwork, and documentation
• Supporting the sales team by keeping projects moving efficiently
• Managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service
• Resolving customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction or home improvement experience
• Scheduling or dispatch experience
• CRM software experience
• Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator experience
