As a lifeguard, you develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime! Qualifications Age 16+ American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course Passionate about safety around water and strong swim skills Responsibilities Ensuring the safety and surveillance of all pool participants Understanding and applying organizational safety procedures for the pool deck and aquatic areas Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, including skimming and brushing Benefits Summer Retention Bonus: Support a safe and successful pool season—team members who work 300 hours between Memorial Day and Labor Day will earn a $500 bonus!
