Office assistant

$20 - $29.99 per hour

shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming voice of the office by managing incoming phone calls with a warm, professional demeanor and ensuring accurate message routing.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including basic bookkeeping (AP/AR), managing digital and physical filing systems, processing incoming/outgoing mail, and entering sales data.
  • Efficiently generate customer invoices and compile daily and weekly operational reports for leadership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, proactively contributing to a positive office environment.
  • Maintain absolute discretion regarding sensitive company data, proprietary business insights, and internal personnel or compensation information.
  • Remain flexible and ready to take on miscellaneous tasks or special projects as business needs evolve.
  • Advanced computer skills with a natural ability to leverage technology to streamline tasks and improve workflows.
  • Consistent punctuality, an ability to follow procedural guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.
  • A collaborative mindset with a track record of building positive, effective working relationships with team members.
