What You’ll Do As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the store and our company. You’ll help guide day-to-day operations, support and develop the team, and ensure every guest who walks through our doors feels the Jeff’s Bagel Run warmth. You will: * Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, consistent execution. * Lead shifts with confidence—setting the tone, maintaining energy, and keeping the team focused. * Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing hospitality and operational standards. * Act as the primary support to the General Manager, helping implement goals and company initiatives. * Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, food quality, and service are consistently met. * Assist with inventory, receiving, prep systems, and organization to keep the store running efficiently. * Step in to solve problems quickly and calmly in fast-paced moments. * Uphold company policies and ensure proper handling of cash, discounts, and daily procedures. * Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture. * Jump in wherever needed—we are working managers and lead side-by-side with our teams.
