Member Service Specialist - CSR

Member Service Specialist – Brandon Branch (Base rate + Incentives) To assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs directly and through other Member Service Representatives; provides expertise with respect to more complex Credit Union services such as IRAs, certificates of deposit, electronic funds transfer, home banking, etc.; explains services, sets up new accounts, lending activities, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people. Responsible for cross selling all credit union products and services to achieve corporate goals. Assists members with opening and closing accounts, takes and closes loans; answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Assists other Member Service Reps with technical problems and questions relating to complicated products and regulations. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations. Coaches and mentors other Member Service Reps in their daily duties. Identifies cross‑sell opportunities and cross‑sells services to members.
