Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy through video or phone sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by assessing client history and current emotional states, ensuring measurable goals that clients can actively work towards.

• Advocate for clients by facilitating access to essential resources, including financial aid and housing support, to help them regain stability in their lives.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients coping with acute mental health challenges, such as suicidal thoughts or substance abuse crises, employing de-escalation strategies and immediate support.

• Educate clients and the wider community on mental health awareness, participating in outreach programs that aim to reduce stigma and promote understanding of mental health issues.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are met.

Your primary clientele will include individuals, couples, and families coping with various psychological challenges, particularly those related to substance use and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
