We have unparalleled tactical-to-strategic level experience in securing the platform and operational technology of National Security Systems – a mission at the heart of our intersecting work across defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure.We deliver value through scalable, fast, disruptive solutions to our customers' most complex national security and critical infrastructure challenges.We provide deep domain expertise to develop solutions both for now and for the future.We apply our exceptional technology capabilities to stay ahead of the competition and our customers' needs.We layer and integrate solutions to provide unmatched innovation.National Security Solutions Team Needs A Sr. System AdministratorAs a collaborative member of a small and mostly autonomous team, this position directly supports secure enclave development networks.Core tasks include:Conduct functional and connectivity testing to ensure continuing operability.Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.Maintain baseline system security according to organizational policies.Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.Plan, execute, and verify data redundancy and system recovery procedures.Install, update, and troubleshoot systems and servers.Comply with organization systems administration standard operating procedures.Implement and enforce local network usage policies and procedures.Manage system and server resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability.Monitor and maintain system and server configurations.Perform repairs on faulty system and server hardware.Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.RequiredBachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 15 years' experience as a System Administrator, OR High school diploma and 20 years' experience as a System AdministratorExperience with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and Group PolicyFamiliarity with Linux Server AdministrationFamiliarity with VMware/ESXi, VMWare Virtual Networking, and VMware vCenterNetworking Switching and Router ManagementStorage Management (NetApp)Hardware and Operating System troubleshootingSystem hardeningSecurity Compliance Scanning (Nessus, ACAS)Understanding of project design within the scope of security (RMF) requirementsActive TS/SCI security clearance with polygraphActive DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g. CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)Ability to demonstrate cyber/IT related experience with attention to detail, customer service, oral and written communication, and problem solving.Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
