Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for Kansas
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to organize and manage caseloads effectively across various grade levels
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across K-12
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to maximize outcomes
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover strategies in the classroom and at home
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school community
