Engage in day‑to‑day store interactions with employees, management, and customers. Perform holiday support, including extended hours and working on holidays as needed. Assist with department resets, installations, and remodel assignments up to two weeks in advance. Collaborate with other merchandisers to support the network as part of Hallmark’s field organization.
