Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health.Responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, providing excellent customer service for clients, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals, preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session, coordinating services with various stakeholders, attending clinical staff meetings and trainings, and participating in community outreach events.Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields, clinical licensure in New Jersey, experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner, comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, and proficiency in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearFlexible work from home options available.
