Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist - Therapy/Dietary to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Participate in care plan meetings and develop individualized care plans.
• Facilitate patient rehabilitation and maximize functional status.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordination with care teams.
• Utilize the MedHost EMR system effectively.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification and NM or state licensure required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care setting.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a 1:1 patient ratio.
• Experience with MedHost EMR preferred.
• Must be willing to work holidays; one Saturday per month required.
• Fingerprinting required for all NM travelers.
