• Host team open houses (you get the leads!)
• Keep your CRM and calendar updated for seamless scheduling
• Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings to stay sharp

• Active Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability and strong work ethic
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
• A positive, proactive mindset with a passion for helping people
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
