Sr. Account Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support one of their water treatment customers in the Jackson, Mississippi region. This role is responsible for managing technical programs, optimizing system performance, and driving commercial growth across a diverse base of industrial customers. The candidate will serve as the primary technical advisor and relationship manager, ensuring program excellence in cooling, boiler, influent, and wastewater treatment systems while delivering strong value to customers and expanding Solenis' presence in the region.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of Sales experience within a manufacturing, process engineering, chemical treatment, or industrial operations environment.
Experience working in a pulp and paper manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of industrial chemical treatment systems and plant operations.
Experience supporting, troubleshooting, or maintaining process equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
Proven ability to develop customer relationships that allow for new business opportunity
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with operations teams, technicians, and customers.
Willingness to work onsite in a mill environment and perform field-based work.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Paper Science, Environmental Engineering, or related technical discipline
Experience servicing Cooling Towers
