Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Variable Start Times (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting throughout the duration of the contract assignment
• Document patient information and clinical care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Float within the contracted facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, policies, and procedures
• Be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Registered Nurse license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum Operating Room experience as specified for submission eligibility
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Copies of all current certifications required
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (references may include Charge RNs or Leads)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an Operating Room specialty
• Familiarity with floating to multiple facilities or departments within a health system
