Tim Lane State Farm is one of the top State Farm offices in the Spokane area. We are a fun and successful office while providing exceptional customer service. - Answering incoming office calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing insurance documentation
- Billing/late pay support
- Claims support
- Responding to current customer policy questions
- Support office team members/agents
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must have administration experience
- Detail oriented, organized with excellent writing, typing, verbal, note taking capabilities and multi-tasking
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and customer data systems
- A very positive, friendly attitude that enjoys helping others
