Role Title Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member ROLE DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dynamic individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive, productive workplace. The candidate should thrive in a supportive role and be eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. COMPENSATION $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year. Full time in Alexandria.
