This individual will play a critical role in maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative activities Utilize Aspire software for scheduling, job tracking, estimating, billing, reporting, and workflow management Coordinate communication between field crews, project managers, the General Manager, customers, and vendors Process invoicing and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Maintain accurate job costing, contracts, work orders, and project documentation Support payroll processing and employee onboarding activities Monitor office procedures and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow‑up on customer inquiries Assist leadership with reporting, operational tracking, and business administration Qualifications Required Previous office management or business management experience within the landscaping, landscape construction, irrigation, or green industry Hands‑on experience with Aspire software Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Spanish‑speaking skills Experience with payroll, billing, and job costing functions Apply Today If you're looking for an opportunity to join a successful, growing company that values its employees and offers long‑term career stability, we want to hear from you.
