Entry Level Roller Off Road Dump Truck Operator

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Roller / Off-Road Dump Truck Operator to join our construction team in Sarasota, Florida. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in site development and heavy equipment operation. Training may be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Operate rollers and off-road dump trucks safely on construction sites
Assist with grading, dirt work, and site preparation
Haul and transport materials around job sites
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
Maintain safe work practices and follow OSHA guidelines
Assist labor crews when equipment operation is not needed

Requirements:

Previous construction or equipment experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
