Production Worker - 2nd Shift

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Production Worker - 2nd Shift at our Highland, IL facility! The core hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. The hourly rate for this position is $20.45 per hour plus a $0.50 per hour shift differential. What you’ll do: The Production Worker is responsible for work in all departments of the manufacturing plant – Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout – doing various labor jobs. Some departments are more physically demanding; however, the general laborer should be capable of handling the work in all departments daily. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates who currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50‑mile radius) of Highland, IL will be considered. Position Success Criteria: Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, and climb heights with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to do repetitive action of simple grasping, and firm grasping with or without reasonable accommodations, as required. Ability to work comfortably around moving machinery.
