As a prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associate, you will prepare fresh food items daily for members, wrap, label, and store merchandise, and help members with bakery orders. Your smile enhances the shopping experience. Responsibilities Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes. Ensure rotisserie chicken remains warm and ready. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness. Sweep the prep area, keeping it clean and organized. Verify temperature control, expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality products. Maintain sales floor in compliance with company policies, handling claims, returns, and zoning. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Use digital tools to record production data and support decision‑making. Assist customers, answer questions, and provide product knowledge. What You'll Do Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates. Prepare food according to specifications and plan future production. Adhere to food safety standards and cold‑chain compliance. Leverage handheld technology for production and quality control. Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, eliminate waste. Advocate for the department and club, model quality service. Apply company policies, ethics, and integrity standards. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Completed all job required training and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Food Service experience.
