Bring your culinary leadership to a beautiful coastal hotel in Santa Cruz. We’re looking for an experienced Banquet Chef to lead high-volume culinary operations for weddings, corporate events, galas, and private celebrations.

What You’ll Bring:
• 5+ years of banquet or high volume culinary experience
• Luxury hotel, resort, upscale hospitality, or fine dining background
• Experience executing events for 200+ guests
• Strong team leadership and kitchen management skills
• Proven ability to maintain quality, consistency, and presentation under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety, dietary accommodations, and cost control
