We are seeking an experienced Banquet Chef to join the culinary team at a premier luxury resort in Santa Cruz, California . This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader with strong banquet, catering, and high-volume event experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Banquet Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership experience
• Strong luxury hotel or resort background preferred
• Experience executing weddings, corporate events, and large-scale banquets
• Ability to manage multiple events and functions simultaneously
• Strong leadership, training, and team-development skills
• Excellent organization, food quality, and presentation standards
• Knowledge of food cost, labor, inventory, and sanitation standards

Compensation & Benefits
