This role is hands-on, involving basic assembly, fabrication support, material handling, and general shop tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and fabricate parts per work instructionsUse basic hand and power toolsLoad, unload, and move materialsSupport simple machine or production tasksMaintain a clean, organized work areaFollow all safety proceduresPreferred ExperiencePrevious assembly, fabrication, or production experience helpfulAbility to lift, carry, and move materialsComfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sheldon, IA.The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
