Overview Mechanical Assembler – Grain Handling Equipment | Day Shift | $19–$20/hr DOE. No se necesita hablar inglés – el entrenamiento se provee en español. Mon-Fri 6am – 2:30pm. Located in Sheldon, IA. A trusted local manufacturer building equipment that keeps Midwest agriculture moving. This is a long-term, full-time position with steady hours and a collaborative team environment. What you’ll do (Responsibilities) Assemble augers, conveyors, and bucket elevators using hand and power tools Follow blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate builds Inspect finished assemblies for quality and fit Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety procedures Other duties as assigned What you’ll bring (Qualifications) High school diploma or equivalent required Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools Dependability with strong attention to detail Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or technical instructions Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet What you’ll get (Benefits & Perks) Starting Pay: $19-$20/hr DOE Paid weekly every Friday Direct Deposit and/or Paycards Available Paid Holidays & PTO (based on accrued hour requirements) Medical Coverage – Access to affordable and comprehensive group medical coverage Stable, day-shift schedule and supportive team environment Apply / Contact Apply today — our team will reach out within 24 hours.
