Inventory and Parts Associate

Overview Inventory and Parts Associate — Day shift 6am – 2:30pm, $19/hr. Join a stable, growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly. We’re looking for a dependable Inventory and Parts Associate to organize, track, and distribute parts critical to production. Responsibilities Receive, label, and stock incoming parts and supplies Maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s system Issue parts and materials to production and maintenance teams as needed Organize the parts room for easy access, cleanliness, and efficiency Assist in preparing large components for motor freight shipments Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or parts room preferred Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods Willing to train the right person - previous warehouse, inventory, and/or forklift experience a plus Benefits & Details Starting Pay: $19/hr Paid weekly; direct deposit and/or paycards available Paid holidays & PTO (based on accrued hour requirements) Medical coverage – access to affordable and comprehensive group medical coverage Aventure Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
