Job Title: Dental Assistant Location: Brooklyn, NY Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Schedule: Monday - Friday Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join a collaborative healthcare team in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will support daily clinical operations, assist providers during procedures, and help deliver high-quality patient care in a professional dental setting. What We Offer: Competitive pay: $28 – $30 per hour DOE Consistent Monday - Friday schedule Comprehensive health benefits Paid federal holidays Sick Time Off (STO) Stable long-term employment opportunity Supportive and professional clinical environment Opportunity to work with a collaborative healthcare team Key Responsibilities: Assist providers during dental procedures and patient care appointments Prepare treatment rooms and maintain readiness for daily clinical operations Support patient intake, positioning, and comfort during procedures Maintain infection control, sterilization, and cleanliness standards throughout clinical areas Document patient information and maintain accurate clinical records Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and operations Assist with administrative and back-office support duties as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year prior Dental Assistant experience required Graduate of an accredited allied health or Dental Assistant program required Current Dental Assistant certification and registration required Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization, and infection control protocols preferred Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused work ethic One Stop Recruiting is an equal opportunity employer.
