Be part of a team that sets the standard for legal representation in the insurance industryWhat You’ll Do:Manage civil litigation for American Family and our insureds, following established guidelines and the highest ethical standardsAnalyze files as litigation progresses as well as risk to the company. Evaluate cases and seeks settlement as necessaryDraft all necessary pleadings, papers and briefs to advance litigation activities at the trial or appellate level.
