Full-Time Territory Sales Representative

Job Overview Type: Regular – Full‑Time Location: Market - SWFBA - IN - Indianapolis Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday Pay: $22 per hour + 10% monthly bonus opportunity What You’ll Do Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products within major home improvement stores. Build strong relationships with store associates and customers. Maintain and set up product displays to optimize merchandising. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. Generate leads to increase sales. Provide excellent customer service and product education. Travel within your territory, visiting 2‑5 stores per day. What We’re Looking For Sales experience or a strong interest in building a career in sales. Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills. Self‑starter who can work independently. Comfortable working in a retail environment. Qualifications Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment. Demonstrated skill in influencing retail partners and building relationships with key decision‑makers. Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Highly adaptable, able to adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions. Proactive and driven self‑starter with strong time management. Ability to acquire and sustain high product knowledge and communicate it effectively. Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and a valid driver’s license.
