Tide Cleaners AZ is currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Guest Service Representatives (GSRs). Applicants must be friendly, energetic, have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and be detail oriented. Responsibilities Provide professional customer service Serve as primary liaison with guests Greet and welcome all guests Assist guests with their cleaning and stain/finishing needs Sort and examine articles of clothing and/or household items Accurately detail/mark‑in incoming orders for processing Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy Provide general housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance Thank every guest after each visit Maintain Tide Cleaners convenience, customer service and quality standards Flexible schedules and weekend availability preferred* Other duties as assigned Salary $15 per hour About Tide Cleaners AZ We have been serving guests in the Phoenix area for over 25 years.
