Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking an Extended Care Liaison who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

The Extended Care Liaison position will support Sana Lake Members for Life (M4L) and the Members Helping Members (MHM) program in sustaining recovery through ongoing engagement, mentorship, and events. They will provide support to the M4L and MHM programs to provide encouragement and support to alumni and current members through follow-up calls, resources, and active participation in recovery-focused programming. Responsibilities include tracking engagement of members, supporting the mentorship program coordination, Wellness for Life Program, and Outreach program, and assisting with the M4L events. The Liaison will support the Extended Care Coordinator to maintain an active, supportive alumni network that fosters friendships, provides recovery role models, and reinforces personal recovery goals.

We would love to learn more about you if you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Members for Life Experience (Members Helping Members Program, additional experience preferred). General understanding of substance use disorder and Recovery Programs.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of Tools
