Position Summary: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Ivy ABA, you will help children and their families learn new skills and techniques using the therapy that is most effective for autism. Our goal is to work on what‘s most important to the child and their support system by creating an individualized, treatment program tailored to their needs. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Ivy ABA, part of theIvy Rehab Network Job Highlights: Base Salary commensurate with experience

Lead a team of behavior technicians in a

clinic-based setting with predictable schedules

Provide ABA services within an

interdisciplinary care model comprised of behavior technicians, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists

Responsibilities: Carry a small caseload ofpatients, partnering with your Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive great outcomes for our young learners.

Conduct assessments and designindividualized treatment plans

Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s individual treatment plan

Coach and empower parents and caregiversto learn ABA-based principles and interventions to drive meaningful behavior changeoutside of session

Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team for patients who receive speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and/or physical therapy from Ivy Rehab For Kids providers

Qualifications: An active BCBA certification and licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Illinois

Previous experience creating individualized treatment plans including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment goals

Previous experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
