The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Basic QualificationsEducation: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Supply‑Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience combined with specialized training pertinent to the role.Leadership Capability: Full‑spectrum leadership- ability to lead, delegate, motivate, and coach individual contributors within a team environment.Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) clearance.Desired SkillsSupply‑Chain Expertise: 10 + years of experience in supply‑chain, procurement, or a closely related discipline.SAP Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with SAP MM, PP, and SCM modules, including MRP/ERP functionalities.Large‑Scale BOM Management: Demonstrated ability to manage procurement for a Bill of Materials of 2,500 + parts in a PP&C or Global Supply‑Chain environment.Acquisition & SAP/P2P Knowledge: Working familiarity with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and SAP / Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes.Training & Coaching: Proven track record of onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Strong social acumen; adept at building trusted relationships across engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality, and external partners.Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; skilled at influencing stakeholders and negotiating favorable terms.Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate supply‑chain risks proactively.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
