Key Responsibilities Assess patients based on subjective and objective data Develop and execute plans of care Provide treatment aligned with care goals Document care interventions accurately Evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed Coordinate discharge planning and patient education Contribute to staff and student development Participate in quality improvement activities Achieve assigned clinical and departmental goals Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited OT program Basic computer literacy Licensure as an Occupational Therapist BLS certification within 14 days of hire Preferred advanced training or certification in primary practice area #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
