Pre-Construction Coordinator

B2 Constructors, LLC is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Preconstruction Coordinator to support our estimating and preconstruction team. This position is ideal for a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with subcontractors and project stakeholders, and keep the bidding process moving. What You’ll Do Coordinate bid schedules, deadlines, and project documentation Prepare and distribute bid invitations, packages, proposals, and updates Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and encourage bid participation Manage subcontractor bidding and RFIs through BuildingConnected Support estimators with bid comparisons, project data, takeoffs, and estimating information Maintain bidding projects and documentation across OneDrive, Monday.com, On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, and other systems Coordinate meetings and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Maintain the bid calendar and follow up on submissions and outcomes What We’re Looking For 2+ years of construction, estimating, or preconstruction experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with Building Connected, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or similar construction software is a plus Self-starter who takes initiative and looks for better, more efficient ways to get work done Ability to work additional hours when project and bid deadlines require Why B2 Constructors?
