Associate Technician Production Operation

Job Responsibilities The Technician Production Operations is responsible for following tasks, in addition to: following engineering drawings, work order documentation, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing production process. Run tests, perform troubleshooting and repairs on machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), blueprints or other drawings. Perform test set‑up, calibration, functional testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Access2/Scorpion test team located in Chaska, MN and will be an on‑site role. Key Responsibilities Perform testing on medical devices that provide lifesaving diagnoses for patients across the globe Work together with a diverse group of team members to deliver high quality products for our customers Grow your career with Beckman Coulter as we innovate at the cutting edge of the medical device industry Essential Requirements 2‑year associate’s degree 6+ months of manufacturing assembly experience Proficiency with hand and power tools Physical / Environment Requirements Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30lb Able to work on your feet daily Preferred Experience Electro‑mechanical or medical device assembly or testing Following written SOPs Knowledge of using Windows computers Bachelor’s degree or technical associate’s degree Compensation and Benefits The hourly rate for this role is $25.62. This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the appropriate level of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This rate may be modified in the future.
