About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: 2 Years of Labor and Delivery Experience Required License: Valid Nursing License Required Certifications: BLS ACLS NRP Must-Have: Epic Experience Required IV Start Experience Required Description: 3x12s from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Estimated patient ratios are not applicable. A minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience is required. Candidates must hold required certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP. Strong skills in IV start and Labor and Delivery experience are essential. Experience with the Epic charting system is mandatory. Candidates may be required to float to different units within the organization as needed. Previous travel experience is preferred. Facility has approximately 450 deliveries per month. Interdisciplinary support includes teams such as IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Social Services. High-risk antepartum experience is preferred. Those with charge experience will be given additional consideration. Candidates must be proactive in completing credentialing requirements. Two professional references are required. References must include one from a manager or supervisor. No coworker references will be accepted. Education must be from an accredited nursing program. All candidates must be aware of the compliance requirements and deadlines.
