Role and Responsibilities Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications. Work directly with inventors, engineers, and in-house counsel. Advise clients on patent strategy and portfolio development. Handle technologies related to telecommunications, AI, software, and computer systems. Opportunity to grow within an expanding IP practice. Compensation Expected compensation range: approximately $130,000-$190,000 depending on experience and technical background. Requirements USPTO registration or eligible. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical degree required. Minimum of 2 years of law firm patent prosecution experience. Strong patent drafting and prosecution background. Experience with telecom, AI, software, or related technologies preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
