This role will support executive scheduling and support initiatives across the Talent Development Center of Excellence (CoE), including workplace coaching, faculty and staff engagement, and organizational development and learning. Responsibilities: Executive scheduling for multiple busy calendars, and managing priorities in a timely and professional manner; Provide administrative support to the Assistant Vice President and Chief Learning Officer, including day-to-day management of multiple talent development projects; Create and maintain a coaching dashboard, including managing the evaluation process for coaching services and providing administrative support to the Coaching Manager as needed; Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to post trainings, manage registrations, run attendance reports, and update learning communities; Provide technical support for virtual meetings, including moderating Zoom meetings; and Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with data management; Demonstrated attention to detail. Effective interpersonal communication and customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy; Ability to prioritize competing deadlines, follow through, and be flexible; Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; and Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals with differing needs at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Human Resources setting; Higher education or public workforce experience; Demonstrated experience managing executive schedules in MS Outlook; Experience with Project Management tools or methodologies; and Qualtrics and/or learning management systems experience highly preferred.
